We always try to restock sold-out bags as soon as possible. However, as our bags are handmade by artisans in Colombia, sometimes it can take longer than expected. 

So please be patient and write to us to find out when they will be available. We might be able to help you sooner than expected.

Like any work of art, our bags should be treated with care. Avoid exposing it to extreme heat like a hair dryer or straightener.

Try not to hit it since you could break a thread and let the beads escape. If this happens to you, store everything in a ziplock bag and contact us to find out if we can fix it.

If you need to clean a specific part, slightly dampen the affected area, apply a small amount of mild soap and gently rub it with a soft-bristled toothbrush.

For a deep wash, we recommend consulting with your trusted dry cleaner. Don't even think about using your home washing machine!

Our return policy is simple. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
