Our return policy is simple. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

We offer free USPS shipping in the United States.  Other Shipping options charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not ship to any other country than the United States of America.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@palosantostore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Follow this link to review our full return policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@palosantostore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

CARE

Like any work of art, our bags should be treated with care. Avoid exposing it to extreme heat like a hair dryer or straightener.

Try not to hit it since you could break a thread and let the beads escape. If this happens to you, store everything in a ziplock bag and contact us to find out if we can fix it.

If you need to clean a specific part, slightly dampen the affected area, apply a small amount of mild soap and gently rub it with a soft-bristled toothbrush.

For a deep wash, we recommend consulting with your trusted dry cleaning. Don't even think about using your home washing machine!
